Things in New Zealand may be creeping back to normal, but the ripple effect of lockdown is still very present. Now, more than ever, it is important we support local business, be respectful of people’s time, keep spending to stimulate our local economy and most importantly, ask how people are going. ⠀⠀ In the Beach Pilates studio, we have seen lots of friendly faces returning, desperate to get back into exercise and for that I am thankful. 💕 I’m saying that, things have slowed down. Which, if we put our glass-half-full glasses on, is a great opportunity for us to welcome new clients who we had to previously turn away due to classes being too busy.
