Intro reformer - 55 mins

If you are new to Reformer Pilates or you have been out of the fitness game for a while, our Intro Reformer classes are a great place to start. This supportive class will get you acquainted with your new favourite piece of exercise equipment and teach you the basics before you progress on to further challenges in our Reformer 1 class.

While the reformer machine can seem intimidating at first, it simply adds resistance and support to dynamic exercise via the use of springs rather than weights. This allows you to achieve a low impact, full body workout using just one piece of equipment!

Reformer 1 - 55 Mins

Reformer 1 will still place focus on the basics but move at a faster pace than the Intro Reformer classes. The class will incorporate the use of props and more challenging movements to keep you progressing. This class is designed to fit a range of fitness levels. You will be presented with options along the way to push further and allow you to take control of your own practice. Expect a challenging, low impact, full body workout.

Reformer MIXED LEVEL 1 & 2 - 55 Mins

We also offer a mixed level class which is suitable for Reformer 1 and 2 clients. Options will be given to suit a range of ability and fitness levels and you will be encouraged to move at your own pace. This is an intermediate level class focusing on athletic, dynamic movement. It is a good transitional class if you are interested in trying a Reformer 2 class or a Reformer Circuit class.

reformer 2 - 55 mins

Reformer 2 is where things step up a notch. This is an intermediate level class focusing on athletic, dynamic movement with a continuous flow. You can expect a similar format to the Reformer 1 class but you will have to dig a little deeper with new variations, longer sets and less breaks. This class will increase your overall strength, mobility and endurance.

REFORMER CIRCUIT a 45 minute full body circuit class designed for those who are wanting to find an extra burn while still working with the Reformer to build strength and stability.

We work with a 40:20 work-rest ratio. Stations are both on and off the Reformer. Expect to see a mix of strength, stability and cardio to get the heart rate up. Options are given for different levels of ability but a base level of fitness is required. This class is not for those who are new or returning to exercise.
