Here at Beach Pilates, we aim to provide our clients with a full body workout that will build stability and control, increase core strength and nurture the development of a strong mind-body connection. In all of the Reformer classes on offer at Beach Pilates you will be presented with a mix of contemporary pilates and dynamic reformer exercises to help you achieve your fitness or rehabilitation goals.
WHAT IS A REFORMER?
The Reformer Pilates machine uses spring tension to provide either resistance or assistance depending on the exercise and the needs of the client. The machine supports the body and gives direct feedback. This means you can correctly achieve a wide range of functional movement patterns and target isolated muscle groups. It is a super supportive, low impact, fun form of exercise that produces fast results. Our classes focus on functional mobility, building strength and core stability.

While the Reformer can seem intimidating at first, it simply adds resistance and support to dynamic exercise via the use of springs rather than weights. This allows you to achieve a low impact, full body workout using just one piece of equipment.

Reformer circuit

REFORMER CIRCUIT a 45 minute full body circuit class. We work both on and off the Reformer machine for 3 rounds. This class is for those who are wanting to find an extra burn while still working with the Reformer to build strength and stability.
A FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT will build STABILITY AND CONTROL, INCREASE CORE STRENGTH AND develop A STRONG MIND-BODY CONNECTION
