If you are new to Reformer Pilates or you have been out of the fitness game for a while, our Intro Reformer classes are a great place to start.
This supportive class will get you acquainted with your new favourite piece of exercise equipment and teach you the basics before you progress on to our Reformer 1 class.
This class is designed to suit a range of fitness levels. If you have a moderate level of fitness and no major injuries or concerns you are welcome to skip our Intro Reformer class and start here. Reformer 1 will continue to place focus on the basics but move at a faster pace and include more challenging progressions than the Intro Reformer classes. You will always be presented with options along the way to suit your needs and allow you to take control of your own practice.
Expect a challenging, low-impact, full-body workout.
Reformer 2 is where things step up a notch.
This is an intermediate-level class focusing on athletic, dynamic movement. You can expect a similar format to the Reformer 1 class but you will have to dig a little deeper with new variations, longer sets, and less breaks.
This class will increase your overall strength, mobility, and endurance.
Our mixed level class is suitable for Reformer 1 and 2 clients.
Options will be given to suit a range of ability and fitness levels and you will be encouraged to move at your own pace.
It is a good transitional class if you are interested in trying a Reformer 2 class or a Reformer Circuit class.
Interval training on the Reformer! A full-body circuit class designed for those who enjoy a faster pace while still working with the Reformer to build strength and stability.
The circuit is 3 rounds of 12 exercises with a 40:20 work-rest ratio and includes exercises both on and off the Reformer. Expect to see a mix of strength, endurance, and a touch of cardio. Options are given for different levels of ability but a moderate base level of fitness is required. This class is not for those who are new or returning to exercise.
All of our Yoga classes are open-level and welcome beginners.
Yoga flow classes are a great mix of contemporary yoga mixed with classic poses. There will always be something you recognize and something that challenges you. This is a perfect class to stretch, strengthen and relax your mind.
